To solve this error :

• Never eject disc while game is in use.
• Delete all your messages.
• If playing a game on disc, clean the disc off and ensure disc is inserted properly.
• Upgrade your firmware to the latest version.
• Under Game settings, set PS/PS2 Upscaler to Off.
• Restart your Playstation 3 and try again.
• If all else fails, the disc might be defective.
